What is your Return Policy?

Audi Swim offers free returns for store credit only. Full store credit refunds will be issued via e-gift card. The store credit does not expire and can be used on any item on our website.

Any request for a refund to your original mode of payment will be subject to approval due to exceptional circumstances and will incur a fee.

What is your Exchange Policy?

Audi Swim offers free one-time exchanges per paid order. Once the free one-time exchange has been availed and delivered, an order can no longer be fully refunded via store credit or to one’s original mode of payment.

How long do I have to return or exchange my items?

A return or exchange request must be sent to hello@audiswim.com within 15 days of your order’s delivery date. We may allow an extension to 14 days due to exceptional circumstances but requests outside of this window will not be accepted.

Am I eligible for a Return or Exchange?

For us to approve your return or exchange request, your order and items must meet the following guidelines:

- A return or exchange request must be made within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
- The order must not have been purchased with a discount of 20% or more All purchases during sitewide sales are also not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Items must not be used, damaged, or altered in any way. They must be in their original condition with all tags, hygiene stickers, and original packaging intact. Any washing, tearing, staining, or removal of tags and hygiene stickers when opening or fitting the items voids their return or exchange eligibility.

What do I do if I received incorrect or incomplete items?

Our quality assurance team takes steps to ensure this does not happen, however, if you find that you received incorrect or incomplete items, please send an email to hello@audiswim.com as soon as possible with photos of the items you received and the barcode on their packaging so our support team can resolve this for you.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer Free Standard Shipping for orders that reach $60 USD, and Free Express Shipping for orders that reach $80 USD, or their equivalents in other currencies, after discounts!

This policy applies to all US orders.

How long does shipping take?

Standard Shipping can take up to 7 business days, depending on your location!

There may be circumstances beyond the control of Audi Swim that may cause delays to your delivery date.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your order. Please allow 24 hours after you receive your tracking number for the status to update.

Do you refund shipping fees?

All shipping fees are non-refundable. This includes the shipping fees for returned, refused, missing, or stolen shipments as these have already been paid to the courier.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide! We ship all orders from the United States, where we are based, and your shipping options will vary based on your location,

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards through our integrated PayPal Checkout.

Kindly note that we currently only accept Audi Swim for gift cards. Others such as Visa Gift cards may not be accepted.

We are continuously working to expand our payment options and will update this list of as they become available.

What can I do if I keep getting payment errors when checking out?

You can try contacting your bank to check if your card or account has any international transaction restrictions or has reached it’s spending limit. You can also try creating a PayPal account and linking your card to your account to proceed with checking out.

For other possible technical issues, you can troubleshoot this by restarting your browser, using a different browser, using incognito mode, or clearing your browser cache.

All of our suits are already double-lined, and include easy to remove padding giving you the power to choose how you wear our bikinis

Do you have any bikini's with more coverage?

Our bikinis are thoughtfully designed to enhance and flatter your natural figure, providing beautiful, even tan lines. Each design embodies our core values by intentionally minimizing excess fabric, reducing waste, and supporting our commitment to sustainability—all while delivering empowering, confidence-boosting styles.

What materials are your swimwear made of?

Most of our swimwear is made with a combination of spandex and Polyamide (Nylon) to provide a soft finish that perfectly compliments your figure.

You can also check each product page for that specific style or print’s materials.

How long does it take to restock products?

We normally expect to restock our bikinis as soon as we can, however, we cannot guarantee that a specific style or print will restocked. You can opt to be notified when the product you want is back in stock by signing up for a restock notification on its product page!

How do I take care of my swimwear?

Caring for your Audi Swim bikini is easy:

- Hand wash your swimwear immediately after each use with cold water and a light detergent to remove any chlorine, salt, and sand. Avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach.
- Lay your swimwear flat on a clean, dry towel to air dry. Avoid using a dryer or hanging it in direct sunlight as this can cause fading or damage to the elasticity and fabric.
- Store your swimwear in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing it in a damp or humid place.
- Avoid rough surfaces such as rocks or gravely tiles as this can snag or damage the fabric and cause pilling.
